Cancellation Policy

To cancel please contact us at least 24 hours before the service. Please make sure any and all personal items are removed from the vehicle. There must be access to water and electricity. Up-charges may occur if your vehicle is in a worse state then what we would be able to accomplish in the time frame; this include excess dog hair, dirk, mud, salt stains, etc. Please reach out if you have any questions.
